I just found this (http://www.nydailynews.com/tech_guide/2010/02/14/2010-02-14_classic_nintendo_nes_console_nabs_13g_on_ebay_f or_rare_stadium_events_game.html) article online about someone who paid $13,000 for an NES that someone auctioned on eBay (it came with a rare Stadium Events game).
Now, I know that is a super rare game, but even I think that's kind of crazy, especially since it was remade into the World Class Track Meet game that quite a lot of people have.
Would anyone here pay that much money for a collector's item game like that?

Which is exactly why i never sell my games :p
Even something as little as LocoRoco could be worth a fortune in 20 years time.

Yeah, I still have every single video game and system I've ever owned. I think, maybe it'll be worth a fortune eventually, but if anything gets to the point where it's that valuable I don't think I could bear to sell it!

I read different article about the same thing and it mentioned that not only was the game super rare, but it also came with the original box cover which is worth a lot. -See here- (http://videogames.yahoo.com/events/plugged-in/old-nintendo-system-sells-for-13-105/1389101)
