I'm going to VGL on the 28th (my first time at VGL) and i want to know some things before i go

Is it okay to show up already in costume and stay in it for the hole event?

Also, what time do the doors open, i read that 8PM is when the show starts, not when the doors open. (and i want to be there when the doors open )

Most people arrive in costume, so that shouldn't be a problem, unless you're planning on using public transport, where you should expect some weird looks!!

Ummm, doors usually open an hour to two hours before the show starts, but you'll need to check with the venue you are attending...
If you can let us know where it is you're going, we could probably do a better job of answering your questions!

From what I have seen, provided that you are comfortable wearing it for so long and that it doesnt obstruct anyone elses view, there should be no problem with wearing it through the entire concert.

In answer to your second question, I would not show up anymore than an hour early. The entry auditorium is ussualy very crowded with not too much to do; though keep in mind that you do want to show up early enough to possibly sign up for the costume contest.

I still wouldn't mind being there right when the doors open..

My costume wasn't finished in time, or i would've been link. I had a blond wig and elf ears on tho, but it was hard to tell it was a wig since i had a VGL hat on
