My son received a ticket for the St.Louis show as a present, but we have lost the ticket. How can we fix that?

Perhaps you could try contacting the person who gave your son the ticket, have them call Ticketmaster, and explain the situation to them.

We have no control over tickets so I believe you would need to call the ticket agency/seller for whom you purchased the ticket. In the case of our St. Louis show... it would be MetroTix. The phone number is: 314-534-1111
I would imagine you would need to supply some kind of record of payment for the ticket so that maybe they could track it down. Good luck. Please let us know how it goes! Tommy |
