Hello. We are game music fans in Taiwan.
We want to invite VGL having a music conference here.
Would you consider to have a music conference in Taiwan if there are enough
members countersign that want to join the concert ?

From 7/19, there are 78 people in Taiwan have countersigns that want to join VGL concert. The number of cosignatory will increase and the countersign action will be continued. When the action over, we'll mail the countersign to VGL.

If our joint signatures are coordinate with VGL Asia touring, when is the appropriate due date? Or we don't have to worry about this?
